The worse thing is: nobody is talking about it.
Some random facts about Kuwait’s place in the new index:
1. Kuwait drops 5 places from last year
2. Kuwait is more corrupt than Namibia and Cape Verde.
3. Kuwait is tied with Cuba.
4. Kuwait was # 35 in 2003 and tied with Italy.
5. Qatar is #28, UAE #35, Oman #41 and is Bahrain #43.
6. In 5 years Kuwait lost a whole point (5.3 to 4.3).
7. Saudi Arabia is a point away at #80 (3.3).
8. Wealthy countries allow corruption to go unchecked.
