I Am In: Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
To me, it’s a fusion between Saigon and Mumbai. The people are the friendliest I had ever met in my life and the country is new and raw to tourism. In comparison to conservative Vietnam, I found to be more laid-back and relaxed than any indochinese country. The architecture is french colonial, but in derelict. So far, I am loving Phnom Penh.
