I am a big music fan and I don’t listen on headphones for 5 hours a day. But, I hear from people who study ear hairs that if you lose those sensitive detectors you can never get them back again. Also, I know that it depends on what kind of headphone you use. If they are noise-canceling then that’s a plus, if they are run-of-the-mill then you might need to learn sign, which I can help you with.

Madonna has been throwing out condoms with pictures of Sarah Palin on them to her concert audience. Some say its a reference to Palin’s pregnant daughter, I think it is to hand out to breeders so they stop bringing babies like Palin into the world.

It’s about a couple that keep falling in and out of love while leaving pre-handover Hong Kong for life in Argentina all in pursuit to see Iguazu Falls, which serve as a leitmotif in the movie.
Both suffer as they fall out of love in a foreign life and find their dependancy on each other growing as they become part and alienated by their new home.
It was a pleasant watch, even if the movie was bit spacey and the couple anger makes it feel as though there are many climaxes in one plot line.

So, I arrived today, back from my Indochinese trip and found my Tori Amos package waiting for me. In it is the Comic Book Tattoo, a bunch of comic strips based on Tori Amos songs and the DVD for “Live At Montreux.” I look forward to watching/reading both and reviewing them.

The is one of the rare times Nikka Costa actually makes a video for a single as they usually stand by themselves. This comes from Pebble To A Pearl, which is set to be released next week. Apparently, it’s filled with fluttery love songs.

Bjork is set to release a charity single titled “Nattura,” and Thom Yorke is on it.
Except, the Radiohead camp has no notice of it and Thom Yorke hasn’t worked with Bjork since Selmasongs.
In any case, I don’t think Yorke would object.
