I’ve been having trouble lately with compiling music. Not because I am out of material or anything. But, because I find my taste shifting a little, but there is pressure to satisfy the listener, on my part. I think the new one is really good, if I may say. But, I would much rather do ones that are like the November one. I can listen to almost every song on that one. This one is fun and hyper and will satisfy the queendom. But, it might get old fast. Still, I always put songs that I like to a certain degree, so it works. For me at least. Tell me what you think.

You conveyed your premises, what about the conclusion? Is the X located in the blue, purple, red or black area? I think all your CDs are great, they are best when you listen to them a year or so after they were released, thats when you see the beauty of the compilation.

I oftens make certain compilations for friends as well,
and I often say this to people who make or do what they like but want to include others in the outcome/result…
You have to find that line, that thin line between what you like and what they would like, and just work there.
I mean, if you put on something you don’t like, chances are they won’t either, I mean they want YOUR music when they ask/ take a copilation by YOU. But at the same time, we all know that not everything we like they’d like.
And while your music taste may shift from one place to another, you will have to search again for that line, but it is there. It’s always there.
