Was Rihanna beaten up by Chris Brown?

Everyone is wondering why Chris Brown was arrested. There is a lot of talk about the “unidentified female” that was violently assaulted. But this was the scenario: Both artists are slated to appear at the 51st Grammy Awards. They both attend the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party where Whitney Houston was set to make her come back performance (this picture above was taken at the entrance of that party). Then they leave together in their limo, where it supposedly happened. Some blogs report Rihanna was seen bruised. If we do the deducting, who would be in the limo other than Rihanna? Why would he beat up a random woman? If it wasn’t Rihanna, why didn’t she show up at the Grammy’s where she was set to perform with T.I.? Surely, if she wanted to dodge questions, she can skip the red carpet and just perform. This is way too cryptic. Not really, but I never liked Chris Brown and, if he did that, I sure as hell will erase him from my memory.

Mad props to M.I.A. for showing up at the Grammys on her due date looking like the sun. She’s so shiny. And she performed. What a sport! On the other hand, Katy Perry’s performance was horrible vocally and she just looks redundant, but her dress is by a Lebanese designer by the name of Basil Soda. She has to ship it back to Beirut after.
