This reality show contestant won the hearts of many Scandinavians with her brand of happy pop that her new album is climbing up the charts there. Give her a listen on your iTunes (Denmark or Sweden, that is).
Christina Milian changes album title, sounds depressed
So, Elope it is. But, the single “Us Against The World,” a song she wrote after watching a film adaptation of Romeo & Juliet, is failing to make any waves on the charts. And, as of yet, MySpace Records, where she is signed on, has yet to produce bug name acts. Milian has always stood out from the “it” girls. Because she writes her songs and other people’s (J.Ho’s “Play”). Let’s see where this takes her.

Are Rihanna and Chris Brown back together?

This whole debacle is taking strange twists and turns. Just after those horrible pictures of Rihanna’s bashing surfaced everyone was amazed at what Chris Brown did. He appeared to be, and still is, such a criminal. The wounds were mostly facial and it looked like it wasn’t just a regular slap in the face. Anyway, apparently, Rihanna has forgiven Chris Brown and is in P. Diddy’s estate in Florida. Now, I, personally, have wiped off the existence of Brown after the incidence. If this reunion is true, I will like respect for Rihanna and Diddy for that matter. The boy is a criminal and he needs some anger management classes and some sort of punishment. This is not OK.

What happened to Naked Music?

The record label that was persistent on delivering luscious and rich dance music fused perfectly with downtempo soul sounds seems t have disappeared. Other then some remixes or compilations poping out here and there, there isn’t much activity from Miguel Migs and Co. The remixer last effort was Those Things and Blue Six haven’t showed their face in a while. Gaelle is nowhere to be found and Aya has apparently turned into an actress. Naked Music has managed to revive and revamp dance music and introduce it as a sultry and sexy brand, straying away from the rigid deep house fanatics. Let’s hope we’ll from them soon.
Kylie Minogue debuts new perfume, becomes Bollywood actress
2Couture, it’s called. And if it is anything like her other ones then it’s nothing short of fabulous. Also in other Impossible Princess news: Kylie’s set to star in a bollywood movie and sing a song penned by none other than Academy Award winner, AR Rahman. We’ll see how this’ll turn out, although I still want her to do a new album fast.
