As of now, Erik Hassle is the artist to watch for 2009. His debut album, Hassle, brings many great elements together, including pop, rock, alternative, soul and synth. His visual is also not bad at all. The singles “Hurtful,” which was previuosly featured, and “Don’t Bring Flowers After I’m Dead” are sure-fire chart successes and other gems on the album include “Wanna Be Loved” and “Back To Bed.” The album’s slated for a release soon worldwide and it’s only available in Sweden now. Keep an eye out for Erik Hassle.
Much to my surprise, the Black Eyed Peas single “Boom Boom Pow” is gaining a lot of ground making some waves in the charts. Now, it is a comeback single and people are hungry by anything fergelicious, but that s no excuse to buy that single. It’s #1 now on the billboard charts. Maybe it’s a very late grower. The song comes from their supposed farewell album titled The E.N.D., which ironically is an abbreviation for “the energy never dies.” To me, it’s just another slap together project the BEP worked on to end it smoothly and cash in on the band name before Fergie can go ahead and release the second album and Will.I.Am can get to being a hit producer. No?
How adorable is this?
She’s back and she’s here to stay. I Feel Cream is said to bring about a more mainstream audience. I don’t know if that is a good thing when it comes to Peaches.
