As I have said, time and time again – Melanie C is one of the most underrated talents of the pop world. The Spice Girls cloud never went away and she has became prey to her past glories. Her career is barely surviving, mainly because Germany doesn’t judge pop music as do other nations. Her 4 albums have all had great triumphs on them that, if it hadn’t been for the Spice bubble, could have been big hits. Now that she has taken a hiatus to be the last Spice to reproduce, she has released this live and intimate kind of DVD. It’s her second on Red Girl Records, her own independent label. This Live At Hard Rock Cafe DVD is for a charity called the Carol Keating Foundation which provides support to health professionals.
