It’s made out of soy, strips of dark jelly and ice. It’s inspired by MJ’s “Black & White” song and is becoming quite popular in the indochinese peninsula. There’s no alcohol in it, though (boo!). Anyway, whatever happened to his energy drink that came out mid-90s’. It was called Mystery or something like that?

So, metal is out and ceramic is in. Is it environmentally friendlier? Maybe. But, it sure looks smooth and sassy. This knife set is the newest from Yanko Design. Taking inspiration from the utilitarian cooking implements of generations (long) passed, designer Matthias Kaeding has fashioned a new version of the neolithic knife. The ceramic knives have both blunt and sharp sides, allowing a full range of kitchen tasks in a single tool. A touch more attractive than the typical chefs knife, and certainly fuller in capacity.
