Obama outdoes Osama

FISHWarandPeace5

For the first time since September 11th, 2001, a US president is actually popular in the old world. I read somewhere that his approval ratings are higher than Osama Bin Laden’s in Turkey, Egypt and Indonesia for the first time. Now, Bush’s ratings must be so low that a criminal like Bin Laden gets a higher rating. Granted, some people might look at him as a freedom fighter, but still. In any case, the point is, it’s looking good for Obama but something tells me that if the pull-out from Iraq doesn’t happen very soon Osama might win the next Political Idol.

Oh, snap, no Little Boots. And, also, Lily Allen fails to make the list yet again. The snub comes the second time for Allen, but, to tell you the truth, she truly deserves a nomination. Little Boots not so much. La Roux’s album is a bunch of singles, really. I don’t know some of the albums on here, but, so far, Florence + The Machine should win this.
