Mariah Carey sold 232 million records (180 million albums sold plus 52 million videos,singles ect.) for only almost 2 decades.

Mariah Carey use jesus greatness did though the lyric of her some many song and her unmeasured undeafeted incredible godess and angelic vocal talent from above and a greatfull mind to write and compose music to reach this 200+ million records.

Madonna sold 257 million records worldwide (200 million albums sold plus 57 million videos,singles etc.) for a long time 3 decades, madonna did not sold 275 or 300 millions records (even you go from fast to future,no female artist reach or surpass that records)

Madonna use her ancient pupularity,dark influence,large ass/vagina hole,plastic boobs and experemented body fuck by 500 men,sexual and verginity lyrics/song to reach this 200+ million records.

Emancipation of Mimi sold almost 12 million copies worldwide while Confessions didn’t even sell 5 million worldwide, despite the success of “Hung Up”. Then, if you compare their albums from ’08, E=MC2 and Hard Candy, Mariah floored Madonna on North American sales, and Madonna beat Mariah in the United Kingdom, with both of them ending up selling about 2-3 million copies worldwide. So what I am trying to say is that Madonna very much fears going up against Mariah. But I also think that Mariah fears going up against Madonna as well. Because during both of their careers, one of them somewhere along the way always outsells the other, of course its usually Mariah outselling Madonna but not always. (That isn’t my opinion that is facts). The fact is Madonna has sold around 200 million albums worldwide and Mariah Carey has sold around 200 million albums. The difference is that Madonna has been out 30 years and Mariah has been out 20 years. That is just the facts of it.

it’s quite a surprise for a greatest hits album to chart at the top on most countries like Canada, Italy, and even make it to the top 10 on the US Albums. To tell you the truth i thought Celebration is just another “Glitter”, har har har. But surprisingly it’s doing wel compared to Impercfect and even Paramore’s new album.

How’s that as a parting gift of the Queen to Warner. I think everybody’s more focused on the Revolver track, a lot say it’s a sexy-freaky hip-pop song. Cant wait to see it chart.

we cant compare a studio album to a greatest hits album release. I mean it is expected that Madge’s greatest hits is just her farewell tribute to Warner. So the focus of sales on both queens will be on Mariah’s “Imperfect…”

and guess what. Memoirs is a disappontment on both fans and critics alike. The two singles released recently, Obsessed and I want to know what the fuck is both didnt do well for an artist wh’s been claiming to be the biggest female superstar on the US Charts. Well well well, now let me see. If both singles plunges down, does this mean she aint doing any tours like her last album?

1 week of release = 165K
2 week of release = 70K

how bout the 3rd week? and so on? and she’s not doing any better out the US. inthe UK charts she’s not even close to 100K

Mariah Carey of course will be higher on the charts because the only kind of music that make the charts are Hip-Hop and rap.

And who says the charts mean anything anyway? Personally, I never buy physical cd’s and never buy my music files from iTunes, but from a variety of different sites. And nobody can measure how many people are playing their files or sharing them for that matter.

And I don’t know what charts your going by, but Madonna’s “4 Minutes” song made it to the Top 5.
