Japan has had a little bit of a problem lately with expiration dates. So, they have invented this new Fresh Label that detects the levels of ammonia emanating from food and turns a different color when the food is bad enough not to eat. Yes, the age of the expiration date is over. This will give you freshness by shade. I hope they implement it real soon because that way it’s universal and more accurate.
