Whoever wrote “We are not really big rave fans. XTC was so college.” is a fucking moron……Tiesto’s new album has him teaming up with Nelly Furtado, Emily Haines of Metric, Tegan and Sara, Jónsi of Sigur Rós, Kele Okereke of Bloc Party, and Calvin Harris.
His album will be a great mix of electronic melodies with amazing vocals……this is far from “rave” music.
He released a song from the record early called “Knock You Out” featuring Emily Haines. Take a fucking listen and come back and tell me if that is rave music.
