Alicia Keys is making this year’s album release roster. Yes, her next album The Elements Of Freedom is coming out December first to cap off a very divalicious year. Her first single seems to be “Doesn’t Mean Anything” as it is making the promo rounds and it has a single cover. The sleeve is not that fabulous but it seems professional.

Mariah Carey dedicates album to Michael Jackson and reveals next singles
Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel will be dedicated to the late and great Michael Jackson. Mariah Carey has insinuated that the singles coming out after “I Want To Know What Love Is” and “Obsessed” might be “Ribbon” and/or “Angels Cry.” We think they are both. The album’s the most starkly different, but it’s a grower.

We have to admit that even though The Bridge by Melanie Fiona is one of our favorite albums of the entire year and the new song is on Urbanette, it’s not one of our favorites. But, we are going to support her and it’s not an entirely lackluster effort. And she looks fierce!
