Premiere: Video: “Hiding All The Stars” by Chicane
It’s right up Chicane’s alley. Moody yet danceable.

The MIXA replaces the mixtape…
Someone over at MakeAMIXA had a great idea. They came up with this tape USB that you can customize and send as a gift. You pick the tape color, what goes on the sticker and then buy the 1 gb hard-drive and send it to your beloveds. It’s that simple. Go over here to see how it’s made.

Blackberry Messenger 5.0 has been officially released
4Yes, the official, non-glitchy and non-beta version is here and, as we download, we hear (via Twitter) it’s pretty sexy. So, head over here for more info or just simply go to your browser and find it on the blackberry mobile page.

This song wasn’t so good at first, but it’s growing on me, so is the album Come To Life.

Video: “Whatever You Like” by Anya Marina

Anya Marina has covered T.I.’s “Whatever You Like” into a chiller and breezier effort. We would actually listen to this.
Cross-legged chairs…
6Russian designers from the Tsesler & Voichenko studio have come up with this concept idea for chairs. It’s a chair that has crossed it’s legs. Not only are they a novel idea, but they add a demure nonchalance to the feng shui of the room. Check out their website here.
Whitney Houston does “Million Dollar Bill” for French TV
She doing all the big market capitals in Europe. First Germany, now France. She is leaving out the UK until last because the album will be released there much later even though the import section at record stores is practically all I Look To You copies. This single is a grower and her vocals (on it) are up to par.

Download: Chicane’s new single “Hiding All The Stars”
4Just when you thought Chicane have stepped out of the map as the dying genre of chillout has deteriorated, they pop up with new works. “Hiding All The Stars” is the British electronic act’s new single. Although it doesn’t mean that there is a new album to follow as they have been to release non-album singles before, it sure sounds like they are working it hard in the studio. So, expect more releases.
Elephant giving birth in Bali, Indonesia
3We had never seen an elephant give birth and it is truly a moving experience. It might be a little gory but it’s uplifting towards the end. The calf cleans up pretty nicely.
Jennifer Lopez readies up new cover and single “Fresh Out The Oven”
5She must be running low on cash, what with this single popping out of nowhere. It’s the first out of her yet-untitled next effort. It’s called “Fresh Out The Oven” and we expect it to be about giving birth. Still, her most recent catalogue has been a series of flops. This might not be that good as she meandered away from making fun pop to enlisting big producers to do it for her. Rebirth? That was a sham and a half. Brave? Let’s not even talk about that mess!
They keep popping out…
3They will never disappear so get used to it. We wonder if Beyonce thought it would have the cultural impact it did when she was doing it. It’s pretty low budget if you think of it. But, it packs a punch.
