Boyzone band member and solo artist Stephen Gately was found dead in a Majorca hotel room this morning. As of now, there are no report on the cause of death. But, he has been out drinking and then went back to sleep and never woke up. The singer was there on vacation from work as he recently reunited with Boyzone for a comeback tour and album. He is survived by Andy Cowles his life-partner whom he married back in 2006. We actually loved his vocals on all the Boyzone tracks and we also liked his solo album. He was 33. Sad day! His coming out was so intrinsic.

That is a shame, a lot of entertainers are dying so young, Fame is not worth the price. I offer my condolences to his loved ones.
There have been so many sad/tragic stories in the news lately. The reports on Gately’s passing seem pretty vague in general… it would probably be best not to assume anything about it in the mean time, until new developments are released
