She really caught the essence of Candy Staton’s original and made it her own. A great great great cover indeed.
Also the video was fabulous. It had that disco fabulousness or early Gloria Gaynor and Donna Summer, even though the songs wasn’t disco.
I would like to see Freemasons remix this, and they release the same video with the Freemasons’ remix.
