Download: Chicane’s new single “Hiding All The Stars”
4Just when you thought Chicane have stepped out of the map as the dying genre of chillout has deteriorated, they pop up with new works. “Hiding All The Stars” is the British electronic act’s new single. Although it doesn’t mean that there is a new album to follow as they have been to release non-album singles before, it sure sounds like they are working it hard in the studio. So, expect more releases.
Elephant giving birth in Bali, Indonesia
3We had never seen an elephant give birth and it is truly a moving experience. It might be a little gory but it’s uplifting towards the end. The calf cleans up pretty nicely.
Jennifer Lopez readies up new cover and single “Fresh Out The Oven”
5She must be running low on cash, what with this single popping out of nowhere. It’s the first out of her yet-untitled next effort. It’s called “Fresh Out The Oven” and we expect it to be about giving birth. Still, her most recent catalogue has been a series of flops. This might not be that good as she meandered away from making fun pop to enlisting big producers to do it for her. Rebirth? That was a sham and a half. Brave? Let’s not even talk about that mess!
They keep popping out…
3They will never disappear so get used to it. We wonder if Beyonce thought it would have the cultural impact it did when she was doing it. It’s pretty low budget if you think of it. But, it packs a punch.

Premiere: Video: “This Must Be It” by Röyksopp
2This must be one of the best tracks on Royksopp’s latest album Junior. They worked with Fever Ray and it sounds close to their hit “What Else Is There?” The video is a little boring, but the song makes up for it. This will probably be the last single before they go on to the second and final installation of the series named Senior.
Nerina Pallot releases new album “The Graduate”
Nerina Pallot has gotten herself a degree and, in celebration, called her new album The Graduate. It’s filled with pretty songs and piano-folk music to keep you warm for the entire winter. The album is now available for download or physical purchase. Will get back to you with a haiku review, once we listen some more.

Lady Gaga debuts “Bad Romance” in Alexander McQueen show
The song quality is not that good. But, we are glad it’s an uptempo track unlike the SNL version and let’s hope the video is even greater.
Introducing… Anuhea
This Hawaiian contemporary folk rock singer and songwriter might look bubbly sweet but she has a lot to offer. Her debut album titled Anuhea, was released on April 21, 2009. Right Love, Wrong Time, a single from her album, was picked as iTunes single of the week. Her sound is easy-breezy with an Oahu tint. Her debut album is out now and this is her MySpace page.

Spice Girls might reunite without Victoria Beckham
4The Spice Girls might reunite very soon to go on another world tour. Short on cash? Maybe, but Geri Halliwell is really into bringing the band together and Melanie B and C jumped on the bandwagon. Emma Bunton took a little goading but she caved in. So, now we have the four spices. Geri Halliwell said once that a can driver told her that it doesn’t have to be all of you, to be the Spice Girls. She learned that the hard way with Forever.
Róisín Murphy debuts new music in Viktor & Rolf fashion show
3The thing about Róisín Murphy is that she tries really hard and only comes out with a few hot beats. This is post-Moloko, of course. This sounds promising, but not that great. Hard to say now, but we will see.

Shake some weight…
3It’s called the shake weight and it will make you fashionable and facialable. Yes, apparently it’s “designed specifically for women.” But, some men will surely like it, too.
