In a couple of hours we are heading to South Korea and one of the most exciting things we are looking forward to is visiting Juun J’s headquarters to stack up on some of the greatest men’s fashions around in the world. Juun J has an eye for the modern and elegant. As you can see by his collection, every piece has character and presence. Excited!
The price of beauty!
Yes, it’s pretentiously titled Untitled but he might have a good song or a half on there. The album has leaked a week ahead of it’s time. Click here to read all about it.
Mary J. Blige has released the artwork to her new album Stronger With Each Tear, which is her ninth full-lengther. The album was originally and tentatively titled Stronger, but that has changed. There have been three singles released from this album, all of which lackluster. No word yet on which ones will be on the album, let’s hope none. As for the cover, it’s regular but elegant.
Basking in the success of their singles that came after this one, La Roux has decided to re-release the song that made waves for them. Although “Quicksand” is not the greatest song on La Roux, it’s still catchy. With a couple of dance remixes, it will do them justice.
This is not a new single, but its a video project of a Moby song with his friend Mark Pellington.
Once you has one huge hit with a seasonal song (“Last Christmas”) it’s hard to shake off the holiday bug. George Michael is releasing a stand-alone single for Christmas titled “December Song (I Dreamed Od Christmas)” and this is a sneak preview at the video. It’s animated, no side-t0-side shaking by George himself.
In a desperate bid to beat out the fierce competition between Rihanna’s Rated R, Lady GaGa’s The Fame Monster and Britney Spears’ Singles Collection, the record label has gone to new lengths. Rihanna’s highly anticipated and critically-medoicre Rated R is being sold as a download from less than a dollar. Yes, the whole album. To tell you the truth, it’s not even worth that much. It’s a really bad album in comparison to Good Girl Gone Bad.
This will definitely conjure up some feelings. A lot has happened and this puts it into prospective, but, they needed to elaborate more on Michael Jackson’s death. At any rate, great video.
Adam Lambert’s first video (aside from that horrid little ditty for 2012) is here. It contains all the regirgitated glam rock you can ever imagine and a whole lotta sexual ambiguity. Fun.
If anyone takes huge hiatuses, it would be Sade. She migrates somewhere and gets high for a while and then decides that it’s time for some more ganja, so she slaves to the studio. But, every time she gets there some magic happens. An epoch of chill-out music, if you may. Now, she has decided to come back and give us some more smooth grooves just in time for Valentine’s Day. On February 8th, 2010 Sade is set to release her new album Soldier Of Love, let’s just hope that a new single comes out soon.
