Sugababes’ “Sweet 7″ pushed back to 2010
2It hasn’t been a good year for the Sugababes. A drastic shift in the band line-up that rid it from all its original members and bouts of hospitalization led to that. Now, the album Sweet 7 has been pushed back to next year. Not only that but their second single “About A Girl” will be released as intended. Then their third single “Wait Your Turn” will precede the album, which means that there won’t be enough singles to promote the album after the release, because, let’s face it, it is unlikely that they new line-up would have more than three hits under their sleeves.

1Imogen Heap covers Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”
2Out of all the songs why this one? The video changed the pop sphere, but, after Michael’s death. It seems like the world forgot about all the great album cuts by Michael and concentrated on the most redundant hits ever. “Thriller” is okay, but “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You” would have been better. Well, at least it wasn’t “Billie Jean.”

3Toni Braxton filming video for “Yesterday”
3Toni Braxton is “for real for real” about this new single and it’s not just another leak that will never surface on a release. “Yesterday” is the first single from her long-awaited and very-late Pulse. She’s already filmed it. The release date for her album is 2nd of February, 2010. So, expect the single and the dance remixes to be out sometime December, or, if she decides to do two single before, sometime now.

Oh, the cassette. The source of many an inspiration for us. Not only has it been countlessly great for the music world. It’s now factoring into the technology world and the fashion world. Yes, now the tape is being turned into an environmentally-friendly tie. The above is the product. We wonder if they’re playable.
