Cheers, Toast, Bravo to you! I disagree on some of them (Florence should be #1 and Alphabeat in the top 5, La Roux in the top 10)! But SUPERB job Mr.965!
GAGA ! HELLO # 33 I COMPLETELY DISAGREE
It’s half-hearted, i feel. it’s not complete to be a full album as it was supposed to be deluxe and some songs on there are just plain bad. But, it has enough good numbers to get it onto 33. 33 is not bad considering the amount of music we have listened to in 2009.
Her music is amazing but you are right , this year was full of good albums , honestly the top albums of 2009 are
Florence + the machine
La roux
Memoirs of an imperfect angel
MGMT – Oracular spectacular
Lily allen – its not me its you
The fame Monster
other than that GREAT TASTE IN MUSIC LOFT965
thanky, they are all on the list except MGMT. i havent really listened to the album.
i agree lots of good albums were released this year
Bad Romance alone should make Gaga’s album on the top 10′s or at least in the top 20′s. + you don’t have Michael Buble or Britney Spears.. her music was really good given that she went insane for a while which I thought her latest album should’ve been called “recuperation” instead of “Circus” but other than that… excellent list. keep the great content coming.
Circus was released in 2008.
The Fame Monster is fun and dancey but we look for a little more here.
Great work! Disagree on Mariah’s Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel though (sorry). Abnormally Attracted To Sin deserves to be on the top 10 IMO. It might not be her best, but it’s definitely top 10 material.
it’s a shame Air and Zero 7 are on the same list as Lady Caca and Shakira and…Mika hahahhaha
