YouTube to get shorter URLs…
Following suit with google, which recently got “goo.gl”) and Facebook’s experimentation with “fb.me.” YouTube is has a new shortened address. Premiere: Video: “Tranny Chaser” by RuPaul
3She had just released the third single from her album Champion titled “Devil Made Me Do It.” But, now a week later we get this ghettofabulous version of “Tranny Chaser.” It’s not on of the best tracks on the album, but it packs some attitude. X-Factor doesn’t get Christmas number 1, Rage Against The Machine does…
It’s not a good day for Simon Cowell. Since the inception of X-Factor, this is the only time an act from the show didn’t get the Christmas number one. Instead it landed at two after a huge campaign by the reality’s show’s haters and people who are maddened by this pop chart monopoly. Rage Against The Machine’s “Killing In The Name” beat winner Joe McElderry’s “The Climb” by a slim margin. This was due to a massive internet campaign to stop the festive season’s charted being Cowelled up. To tell you the truth, both songs are bad. “Bad Romance” should have taken the top spot. It’s a better tune than both and more timely cap off to 2009.
