Aside from the hits, Alesha Dixon is not the only salvageable thing from Mis-Teeq. Enter Sabrina Washington, a former member of Mis-Teeq. She is the UK’s answer to LeToya Luckett. Well, she managed to land a record deal and is prepared to take over the world (maybe?) with her first single “OMG (Oh My God).” The single samples Snap!’s “Rhythm Is A Dancer” and has already gotten the video treatment which we featured a while ago. The single will be out March 22, 2010 and the album will drop a little later titled Dirty Pop.
Nadia Ali is not over her Embers album, but that doesn’t stop her from collaborating with other acts. This is a new track called “Try” with Schiller.
The audio from Madonna hasn’t been up to par, but the visual is still sometimes interesting. Especially when it’s not done for television stations and there is no obligation to satisfy the mainstream and make them part with their cash. We wanted to post this video a two weeks ago, but we couldn’t find a compatible video format that would fit with WordPress.com. This is a new fabulous homo band with all kinds of debauchery that would make the Scissor Sisters look like pre-schoolers. The video’s fun and the song is loud but catchy.
It group Cassette Kids is ready to bring their debut to the shelves of the nearest store to you. It’s called Nothing On TV and it’s out soon. The artwork is pleasant, don’t you think?
Kylie Minogue has expressed interest in starting up her own family and making some more Minogues. This probably comes following Dannii’s pregnancy. Popdirt reports: “Kylie Minogue was smiling when she was photographed arriving at her management company on Thursday (February 18) in London, England. The 41-year-old singer, who is dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso, tells The Mirror she’s hoping to start a family. “It won’t happen just yet but soon I hope, it would be lovely,” Minogue told the tabloid. “I’ve got a new album coming out – I’ll have to get that out of the way first.” Kylie added that marriage is “not in my immediate plans”, but that she’s “in love”.”
