From Yahoo Music: “Abba are considering getting back together for a one-off concert, according to reports.
Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus from the Swedish pop icons have given the clearest indication yet that the band could make a comeback.
In a recent interview, the pair were asked if they were interested in the idea of a farewell show, which could be beamed around the world.
“Yeah, why not?”, responded Andersson, adding: “It’s not a bad idea, actually.”
However, he seemed unsure if they could pull it off, explaining: “I don’t know if the girls sing anything any more. I know Frida (Anni-Frid Lyngstad) was in the studio,” he said.
Meanwhile, Ulvaeus joked they could reprise the last song on the ‘Super Trouper’ album, ‘The Way Old Friends Do’, at the gig.
The pair are currently promoting their new musical ‘Kristina’, which opens at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 14 April.”
