True, no American has any use for Bloomberg that is allowed by our laws. If he ran for POTUS and looked like he had a chance somehow, I or some other American would definitely stop worrying about those legal restrictions.

Thankfully, he doesn’t look towards putting some unfortunate American in that unenviable position. For that, at least, I can be grateful.
