Faith Evans is set to release her newest album Something About Faith and it will be the fifth album that has the word “faith” in the title! Yes, she loves herself that much. Except, we are not too sure about the concept of the album it verges on the religious side and we liked the faith that did smooth love with slick beats like “Mesmerized” and “I Love You.” But, her voice is still up to par in this video and anything from her is good right about now. Also, Keyshia Cole and Kelly Price are set to be featured on this release.

Just when Britney went on an impromptu interview session to expand her Twitter fanbase, Gaga sends out a picture of herself in the studio and her numbers skyrocket to make her the most followed popstar on Twitter. The numbers are close, too. So, expect Britney fans to create some sort of campaign to up it.

Madita‘s third album completely passed us by without us noticing of its release. The Austrian damsel released her album Pacemaker early this year without an international release date. This came to a surprise to us as we were cleaning Madita’s section on our iTunes and wanted to check out her first album, which we don’t have but are dying to listen to. Accidentally, we stumbled upon the fact that she had already released a third album and this is the lead single. Good thing we checked.

Jill Scott’s fourth full-length album Light Of The Sun has been scheduled for a late 2010 release. She is currently in a Philadelphia studio, allegedly, putting some touches to the record with Terry Lewis, JR Hutson and Justice League. We are glad it still hasn’t been postponed and are waiting to hear some stuff from the soul diva.

Ace Of Base have dropped the two girls and got two others for the new relaunch and “reunion” of the band that got us such great hits as “All That She Wants,” “The Sign” and “Beautiful Life.” Let’s hope it’s as good as the old stuff. News is out that Lady Gaga is to release her third and highly anticipated album in June 2011. We expected an end-of-the-year date, but we will take that because it means the single will be out just in time for next summer and give us a little Gaga break.

Okay, so Mariah is not exactly going to release a full album. In fact, it’s going to be a seasonal album and it will contain a remix of “All I Want For Christmas Is You.” Yeah, sad. Just an attempt at capitalizing on the biggest pop Christmas number in the past two decades. It just sounds and looks like a sorry excuse for a new album. We need new material and good new material. Merry Christmas might have quenched our thirst back then, but now it’s impossible for us to relate to it. Blah. But, if Mariah is doing it, it will probably be the best of its kind. The album’s set to drop early November.
