Medina duets with Tina Dico live!

Wow, we didn’t think these two would come together like this. We knew they are both Danish, but they are from to totally different genres. Tina Dico masters folk and Medina does club beats. But, this is impeccable is gave us goosebumps. They performed two songs, one from each artist’s catalogue. Marvelous live performance, we wish we were there.

This is not Christina Aguilera’s year. Not only are videos about her attitude problem going viral online and her album tanked majorly, but her big screen debut is being torn apart after the release of several versions of the trailer and snippets of the film. The comments on the trailer and around blog mostly all negative. We personally think her acting is horrible in the 2 snippets and trailer we have seen. On top of all of that, there is another film named Burlesque coming out at the same time.

Even when Robyn delved into Scandinavian oblivion she was releasing tunes to rival that of hits at the time. This song escaped us as Robyn’s management and/or record company were not promoting her right. But, years later Beverley Knight brought this track to our attention and it changed out 2005. Lovely, simple, soulful and upfront.

Now this is a show we would watch. The makers of American Idol have captured a bigger market than the American one and now are concentrating on making this runaway phenomenon a success that they are forgetting about American Idol. “Over a hundred million viewers in Asia await the results of an Indian Idol today. Maybe the folks at American Idol are too busy with a bigger market. Could our Idol judging selection being put on the back burner? Maybe we will have the indian dudes takes over for Simon Cowell,” asserted Lady Obama.

Introducing… Kaya

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, and now pursuing a variety of performing art opportunities in California, Kaya hopes to inspire her fans to identify the things they are passionate about and pursue them. Coming from a family of musicians, including her 86 year old grandfather who still performs, making music that is danceable, laughable and fun is in her blood. Kaya, now a junior in high school, would name Will.I.Am as a role model because of his efforts to use his art to make the world a better place.
