Introducing… Jessie J

Essex born Jessica Cornish burst onto the scene in November 2010 in a flurry of excitement surrounding tracks Do It Like A Dude and Price Tag. The 22 year old singer wrote poetry as a child and began her career on the stage with a role in the West End production of Whistle Down The Wind. A trip to study musical theatre at the celebrated Brit School led to her first record deal with Gut Records and early interest from RB circles in the United States.

Sexy Track: “I’m In Here (Piano / Vocal Version) by SiA

The original form of this track was one of the six intentionally leaked tracks from SiA’s album We Are Born. That version was good enough to make this song a staple for us in 2010. But, when we heard the acoustic version, which was a bonus track on the iTunes edition of the album and now has gained enough ground to be the track features on the official video. This is SiA at her most beautiful and sonically eloquent. This is a ditty to save for life.
