1Lady Gaga apologizes for bigoted comment
1When we first read the interview we were enraged. “Retarded” should never be used in that manner. We’ve gotten into disputes over that before. It irks us everytime we hear it and it’s in big usage with a lot of people. We have to say that she fell from our eye a little bit, if you know what we mean. Now she is apologizing for it. She asserted: ”I consider it part of my life’s work and music to push the boundaries of love and acceptance. My apologies for not speaking thoughtfully. To anyone that was hurt, please know that it was furiously unintentional. An honest mistake, requires honesty to make. Whether life’s disabilities, left you outcast bullied or teased, rejoice and love yourself today.” Alright then, Gaga.
Donate $100 to Japan’s cause and get 100 songs!

Take the time out for a good cause and to get 100 songs all at once from the likes of greats such us Ani DiFranco and Tori Amos. This is the alternative donation. Not that other lackluster release from Lady Gaga, U2, Beyonce and Katy Perry. This one is a classic not only because it’s for charity but because many independent artists are on it.

You take the front line when there is danger.
Then people will appreciate your leadership.”
