It has been confirmed that the actor Dennis Hopper has died at the age of 74. The cause of death is reported as being from complications with prostate cancer. Hopper directed and starred in the acclaimed film Easy Rider back, and he is known for his roles in films such as Blue Velvet, Apocalypse Now and Speed. So sad.
Bollywood phenom and brown heart-throb Shahrukh Khan has been detained at Newark International Airport today. Apparently, the US immigration officers thought that the actor’s last name was too terrorist-y for their liking and detained one of the East’s biggest stars for 2 or so hours. Just to check on the brownie.
Khan said: “They kept on telling me that my name is common to some name that has popped up on the computer, so they need to follow procedure,” he said. “It took them an hour and a half, two hours; they kept on asking me questions, if I could give them any … numbers in America that they can contact and vouch for me and who I am.”

Mariah is planning on taking the West End of London sometime soon. She’s getting paid a not so hefty price for it – $15,000, which is bad for a singer that gets a million for a concert date. But, this will be a good ground for her to start upon. With her movies Tennessee and Precious coming out soon. Her world tour and her album Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel.
