Sexy Track: “Let There Be Love” by Christina Aguilera

Although the production is a little bit dated, Christina Aguilera manages to uplift one of her Lotus tracks from the rough merely with vocal acrobatics and strong message. This track is just what it is – a ushering of love with high energy beats and a good danceable chorus. Christina Aguilera’s new album is considerably better than Bionic, however, there are both low point and high points – “Let There Be Love” is a peak. This has to be a single! Give it a spin and tel us what you think.

Brandy to release “Two Eleven” on October 16th!

Multi-platinum selling Grammy Award-winning R&B/pop singer songwriter and superstar actress Brandy will release her highly anticipated album TWO ELEVEN on October 16, 2012 on RCA/Chameleon Records, which will be available in standard and deluxe editions.  Album pre-order is available now at and includes instant downloads of her singles “Wildest Dreams” and “Put It Down” feat. Chris Brown.

Rolling Stone describes TWO ELEVEN as Brandy’s “most realized: romantically shaky, vocally sharp and musically sound, thanks to an honors corral of producers and songwriters.” Billboard concurred stating TWO ELEVEN is “a strong return to Brandy’s multi-layered, impassioned vocals.”

Jennifer Lopez performs with Pitbull, he gets “excited!”

As you might have known, we are not big J.Lo fans. For many reasons but mainly because she’s a lot of glitz and no content. Asa demonstrated in this video, which, by the way, is a rip off of Britney Spears’ “Toxic.” Anyway, where we see the equally annoying Pitbull allegedly get erect while performing with Jennifer Lopez. Nothing new, really the highlight of this all for us is Robin Thicke clapping at the end.

Christina Aguilera to re-release failed “Bionic”

Allegedly, there is great speculation that Christina Aguilera might reissue Bionic in time for the release of her movie Burlesque. Although a rep from RCA is saying otherwise, many have reason to believe that it might actually come out in time for the final fourth quarter charts. Let’s wait and see. That;s not really good news, it’s more of a threat, but hey!

Sherry Vine parodies Katy Perry’s “Firework”

We had the privilege of attending one of Sherry Vine‘s shows in NYC and she is a hoot and a half. She said she was doing material and we think this is the start of it. Nice.
