I am amazed at how she managed to hold up such a long career with so few successes. She’s not bad, but that’s not good enough. This album consists of a bunch of Duffy rip-offs and boring soul. I know she has the talent, but she’s not pulling it off. She’s no Beverley Knight, you see… Even if the lead single is written by James Morrison.
