Madonna’s next single from MDNA is…

So, “Give Me All Your Luvin’” came and went like a gust of anal wind that nobody really cared for. Yes, the second single (and probably one of the better tracks on the album) is ready for a release. Again, one of our Lofty Predictions came true. Click below to know what the next single is!

Introducing… Jodie Marie

2

Blues is getting a whole new revival. Jody Marie was born in Windsor, Sydney Australia, and came to the UK at the tender age 16. Upon learning she actually had a voice, she decided to try and write songs…and that she did. Fino has performed for Shayne Ward at the AECC arena in Aberdeen, is is currently studying to get that big shiny degree in Popular Music. How wonderful. Fino has adopted a rather pop influenced style, with very dark and moody undertones. She likes to call it: “A mix between Massive Attack, P!nk, Britney Spears and Nerina Pallot”. Hmm. Quite. But hey, it sounds pretty good anyway. At present, Fino is very broke…so new songs will be on the way as soon as she has busted her butt long enough to rake up some dough.

Jennifer Lopez performs with Pitbull, he gets “excited!”

4

As you might have known, we are not big J.Lo fans. For many reasons but mainly because she’s a lot of glitz and no content. Asa demonstrated in this video, which, by the way, is a rip off of Britney Spears’ “Toxic.” Anyway, where we see the equally annoying Pitbull allegedly get erect while performing with Jennifer Lopez. Nothing new, really the highlight of this all for us is Robin Thicke clapping at the end.

Exclusive: Review of Britney Spears’ Abu Dhabi concert!

5

The legendary Miss Britney Spears took her highly critically-acclaimed Femme Fatale Tour to Abu Dhabi this past weekend (11/11/11) as part of the F1 formula opening ceremony, and LOFT965.com had an exclusive press pass to give you all the inside details of what went down. It is safe to say that Britney spears has still got it, is using it and will probably have it for a long time to come. She certainly rocked the stage, and is probably going to earn her thrown as the queen of Abu Dhabi with her amazing, eye-popping, flashy dancing, and eye spectacle of a tour!

Upon arrival, it was clear that Yas Arena, where the concert was being held, seemed pretty packed. You always know if a concert is going to be good just by looking at the crowed. Doors opened for the show at 7:00 pm, and when inside there were two female DJ’s that took the stage and started playing some pretty decent dance tracks to hype up the crowed. Having a press pass gave me the privilege of being in the fan pit and very close to the stage, which was perfect because I was afraid the photos I would take wouldn’t come out clear due to distance, however they turned out to be good. At exactly 8:30 pm the girls on stage thanked the crowed and yelled if we are ready for Britney? The answer they received was very clear; “HELL YES WE WERE!!” A screen came on stage with Britney’s Femme Fatale album cover and had a countdown set for 30 minutes. With every passing minute the crowd grew bigger, and the anticipation got higher. The countdown came to 10 seconds with the crowd chanting out till zero and when it reached 00:00 minutes the infamous “It’s Britney, Bitch” was heard and the stage was lit up with hot pink neon words that flashed “Femme Fatale.”  The crowd went wild – myself included!

The show begins with a video introduction in which Britney is arrested by the police after a chasing sequence. As she says “I’m not that innocent”, the video screens part and she appears sitting on a metallic throne in a silver costume to perform “Hold It Against Me.”  The show is divided in five segments, and portrays a story in which Britney is a secret agent, who is chased by a stalker. The first section features her escaping from prison along with other female inmates. The second segment displays upbeat dance numbers and ends with a performance inspired by Marilyn Monroe (Amazing!). The third section features an Egyptian theme with fireworks and acrobatics. The fourth segment displays energetic routines and motorcycle costumes. The encore begins with a video interlude of Britney capturing the stalker, and is followed by two performances in which she defeats a group of ninjas.

Britney Spears’ next single to be “Inside Out”

3

Allegedly, there have been reports that the next single to receive the video treatment from Britney Spears’ album Femme Fatale is “Inside Out.” We had secretly hoped it would be “Trip To Your Heart.”  It’s not a bad song, but let’s hope there a fifth single under the record company’s sleeve.

Update: Apparently, it’s not! But follow us on twitter!

Video Premiere: “I Wanna Go” by Britney Spears

2

3rd single from Femme Fatale is out. Britney Spears needs to step off the “woe-is-me” pedestal and concentrate on developing strong and unforgettable videos. This is just another one of her celebrity-is-an-illusion videos. And those random questions are taken straight from the movie In And Out.

Madonna to start recording new album next month!

3

Madonna is ready to release yet another album. Well, Madonna is always ready to release an album to support a tour, not the other way around. Judging by the previous couple of albums, it might concentrate on the singles and fill the rest with fluff. Her manager Guy O’Seary tweeted this news earlier. Let’s just wish and hope that she stays away from anyone that worked with her on Hard Candy, probably her worst album ever. However, another American Life or Ray Of Light would be grandiose.

Lofty Prediction: Britney Spears’ “I Wanna Go” will not do well!

4

As much as we love this song from Britney Spears’ seventh album Femme Fatale, we don’t think it’s chart performance will be up to par. Why you ask? Well, she has been too consistent if there is such a thing. This is the third dance single of the same ilk. the two track before it did well in all music standard but Britney’s standards. Still, there’s room for another dance ditty and it is summertime. But, “I Wanna Go” sounds to similar to both her offerings. Don’t get us wrong, we love it. We just don’t think we have what it taked to overdo what the previous two singles did.
