Video Premiere: “Let The Be Love” by Melanie C

The Sporty one is churning those videos out faster than they could release dates. This is one of the more atmospheric tracks on the album, as you can tell by the access of posing in the video. We listened to The Sea while we were stuck in Ethiopia on transit and we actually started liking it but once “Rock Me” came on we felt like barfing, she didn’t need to go there.

Christina Aguilera’s new album “Bionic” has been leaked!

2

Yes, Christina Aguilera’s highly-anticipated and eagerly-awaited and much-hated fourth album Bionic has leaked in its full format. This comes two weeks before it’s official release. The album is all over the internet and everyone is talking about it, so much so that it is a trending topic on twitter and it’s unavoidable if you are a music blogger trying to do some schoolwork! So, we took a break to report this. We already have a comment that says it’s the “album of the century” or something to that degree. Of course coming from Xtina-heads. We’re not too sure as both “Not Myself Tonight” and the collaboration with Nicki Minaj “Woohoo” are utter bullshit – and these are the singles! But, whatevs, we’ll give it a spin or two. We like the SiA ballad, though. Click here to head to another blog which will forward you to yet another blog for the mere purposes of investigating the wretched leak! Do not illegally download!

Legendary: “Northern Star” by Melanie C

Being in the Spice Girls turned out to be more of a curse and blessing to Melanie C’s solo career. The Sporty one is responsible for penning some great pop songs in our time, but she never got the credit she deserves because of her spicy past. This track is from her debut album of the same name and is pure bliss.

Spice Girls musical on its way…

One of the greatest pop bands to ever grace this red earth may be getting the West End treatment. The Spice Girls have just gotten the green light on a project that will catapult their hits into broadway classics by the same makers of ABBA’s Mamma Mia! Geri Halliwell has asked Judy Craymer twice to make a show out of the girls’ catalogue. Click here to read more.

Turn It Up is turning out to be a success for British starlet Pixie Lott. She scored a number one. And her second single did quiet well. This time around she is opting for a slower number. “Cry Me Out” is the third single and it i supposed to give fans a better listen to her voice.

Listen to Mariah Carey’s left over track with Timbaland

2

This track is called “Skydiving” and it didn’t end up on Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel and we are kind of glad it didn’t. Ir doesn’t fit in and Mariah doesn’t need Timbaland for a radio hit, unlike Madonna. I have a feeling that it might get to be on the “deluxe” addition of the album should the album go places.

Melanie C releases second live DVD

1

cover_large

As I have said, time and time again – Melanie C is one of the most underrated talents of the pop world. The Spice Girls cloud never went away and she has became prey to her past glories. Her career is barely surviving, mainly because Germany doesn’t judge pop music as do other nations. Her 4 albums have all had great triumphs on them that, if it hadn’t been for the Spice bubble, could have been big hits. Now that she has taken a hiatus to be the last Spice to reproduce, she has released this live and intimate kind of DVD. It’s her second on Red Girl Records, her own independent label. This Live At Hard Rock Cafe DVD is for a charity called the Carol Keating Foundation which provides support to health professionals. Caron Keating herself died for denying that and being swayed into believing into alternative medicine. Click for the trailer.
