This Girl Aloud’s new song is really growing on us. We like its spunky nature and the colors of the video! Let’s hope the rest of the album packs the same punch!

1Nicola Roberts of Girls Aloud launches solo career!
1
As you can tell by the leak of the sleeve of her new single. Nicola Roberts is ready to rock your world as the third Girl Aloud with a solo album. The new single is called “Beat Of My Drum” and the artwork and fashion for it look extra fierce. We can’t wait to get more. We hope it sounds more like Siobhan Donaghy and less like Cheryl Cole.
Girls Aloud are officially getting back together in 2012!
2The best girl band we have right now, Girls Aloud, have confirmed via their publicist that they have plans to get back together in 2012. There is no word of an album yet, but they will definitely have a couple of tour dates. Let’s just wish and hope that Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Sarah Harding decide to make a couple of tracks for our audible pleasure.

5The campaign for her album Make A Scene is in full affect and this is the single to launch this much-awaited album onto the spotlight. Although she might have lost some fans along the way this looks like a solid return (merely through research and not actually listening to the music that comes with it.)
Girls Aloud to reunite for 10th anniversary!
2The internet is rampant with news that Nadine Coyle, Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kim Walsh are reuniting sometime this year for the full-fledged tour to celebrate 10 years together, allegedly. According to an unknown source the fivesome are readying up a tour for this autumn when all thier schedules work. Still, we believe Cheryl Cole has it out for Nadine Coyle, so we don’t know if this will be resolved. At any rate, a tour is lovely, but an album would be lovelier.

Cheryl Cole performs “The Flood” live in Alan Carr’s show!
4Nadine Coyle shouts out Kuwait!
Girls Aloud to release “The Singles” box set!
1Single box sets are really of no interest to us as we are completists anyway. But, this Girls Aloud package is quiet impressive. Click below for the complete track listing.
Nadine Coyle’s album “Insatiable” leaks!
1The time has come for us to judge the hell out of the other Girl Aloud, Nadine Coyle. Her debut album that has allegedly stopped the band from reuniting (although we think it is Cheryl Cole‘s ego) is out! Insatiable has leaked all over the internet. Click here to investigate the leak over at another blog.

Listen to Cheryl Cole’s second single “The Flood”
The first single from the poorly titled Messy Little Raindrops was a blast, but the second is a lackluster ballad by the name of “The Flood.” But, at least in the UK, anything this Girl Aloud touches will turn into gold for the time being. Nadine Coyle‘s “Insatiable” is much better, but, of well. Have a listen.
Ingrid Michaelson covers the song she wrote for Cheryl Cole!
A few years back Ingrid Michaelson wrote a song by the name of “Parachute” out “in the universe” and someone from the Cheryl Cole camp picked it up and turned it into a big hit in the UK. Well, now Ingrid has reinstated her faith in the song she orphaned and has done her own version. Not only that, but she is also releasing it as a single with a video soon. Regret or cashing in? Click below to listen to it.
Official cover of Cheryl Cole’s “Messy Little Raindrops” album
2The thing about this artwork is that the first single off the album is a strong and very catchy, but everything on this cover from the design to the pose to the typeface to the fashion is complete and utter crap. It looks like the work of a Photoshop 101 student. Not happening and will forever mar the album even if it is of the same or higher quality as its predecessor 3 Words. The name Messy Little Raindrops is just a laugh and not in a good way.
Video Preview: “Insatiable” by Nadine Coyle
Nadine Coyle is at it! The solo career starts now and this is the first single from it, which apparently has been banned from TV because it was too racy. We don’t see anything too out there, but you know we like us some racy. This single comes out a week after Cheryl Cole’s “Promise This.” We would like it to push the track off of the to spot.
Video Premiere: “Promise This” by Cheryl Cole
The new video from Cheryl Cole‘s somewhat rushed sophomore effort has come available. The album is slated for an end of the year release… just in time to compete with our favorite Girl Aloud Nadine Coyle. This is just OK to us. But, we originally hated “Fight For This Love” and then grew to love the entire album and its first single included. So, it has growing potential is what we are trying to say.
Nadine Coyle begins promotional tour for “Insatiable”
Our favorite Girl Aloud, Nadine Coyle, is ready and set to go ahead with the promotion of her debut album Insatiable. The lead single of the same name got mixed reviews, but that isn’t stopping this lovely. Meanwhile, Cheryl Cole found it to be a great opportunity for her to cram in another album right before the other Girls Aloud get feisty. Let’s hope this one has some gems on it.
Nadine Coyle reveals album details, track listing!
2Nadine Coyle is our favorite Girl Aloud and in our head we’d like to think that this album is a marriage between Ray Of Light and Butterfly, but we have to be realistic. Still, we have very high hopes for her and we hope she beats Cheryl Cole out of the field. The album’s titled Insatiable. It’s dropping on November 8th of this year and the lead single will be the album title song. Click below for the tracklisting. Unlike Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle co-wrote every single track on the album.
