Girls Aloud to open for Coldplay…

I was checking about to see if I can catch Girls Aloud’s Out Of Control Tour and I saw this. Apparently, the girls are going to open for Coldplay in Wembley Stadium. That comes as a shock because I never thought Coldplay’s audience would get Girls Aloud as an opening act. I wonder how the audience is going to react, Girls Aloud are too deep for them, lol. I like Coldplay, don’t get me wrong. But, it just like an awkward arrangement. It’s like having Travis open for Kylie Minogue.

1A must-watch. Yes! Yes! Yes! Brandy is pulling all the right strings for Human. Great first single. Epic ballad for the second single. And all the tracks on there that I have heard are perfect. One track, “1st & Love,” is fasting climbing my year-end charts. I hope the reception for it is good. Brandy has long been a fan of Coldplay and I think she borrowed some elements from their first album Parachutes for the chorus of this song.

I just heard the song a couple of time. It’s called “Lhuna” and it features great vocals by Kylie (think “I Believe In You” meets “Fix You”). It’s making the internet rounds. Get it. Or buy it. It’s for charity. World AIDS Day, that is.
Circus wars between Take That and Britney…
Apparently, Take That’s The Circus is beating out Britney’s Circus in UK sales. So much so, that not only will it trump Britney’s debut on the #1 hot spot but it might become the year’s best seller beating Coldplay. Who would of thought?
