Some subliminal diva shade is being dropped today! Madonna (or her team) has uploaded a performance of her hit single “Express Yourself” onto her YouTube channel out of the blue and in the middle of speculation that Lady Gaga borrowed heavily from that track for her new #1 single “Born This Way.” Yes, we all know that Madonna is not one to cringe from a little lucrative publicity, but she needs to be more demure about it. Lady Gaga is in Los Angeles right now putting together the final touches to her debut live performance of the song. Don’t be bitter, be better.

What is with little fad-starlets getting some publicity and then thinking they can mess with the legends. First Ke$ha disses Britney Spears, now Justin Bieber disses the one and only Mariah Carey. In a recent interview the child said: “I don’t love her new music, it’s not the same [as her old stuff]. It’s like Michael Jordan coming back out to play in the NBA. She is past her best.”
Well, you don’t have to love her music as your music isn’t exactly Ani DiFranco material. But, his “old stuff” is tired and done. She is not going to get stuck in an era and become jaded (like Celine Dion). In fact, we don’t think the teeny bopper has an understanding of soul and R&B. He is too young to know her old stuff anyway. What is referring to? The Emancipation Of Mimi? Get a life and get stop copying Zac Efron’s haircut.

Ke$ha got a little too high on the success of her one single “Tik Tok” that now she is ditching the legends. Yes, a newly surfaced track titled “Styrofoam” has Ke$ha claiming through her lyric that Britney Spears is not a real artist and that she will disappear in ten years. Yes, the women who changed the face of pop music is suddenly no longer credible enough to Ke$ha. We loved Ke$ha when that video of her covering a Radiohead song came out, but now she’s back in the dumpster (like she always looks). She needs to go back and study pop music and learn who to diss and who not to diss so early in her career. Sad day, she sounds like another one of those singers that survive on the brat demographic like Avril Lavigne.
Joss Stone isn’t a fan of Lily Allen
Joss Stone is one to speak her mind. Lily Allen is too. So, this looks like the feud that will go on and on. Both British mini-divas are at it. Joss started by firing at Allen.
“[Lily] needs to sell records because she’s not a singer, and that’s not an offence to her because I think that she knows that too,” Stone told the Press Association.
Joss said she is “making real music [and] people [will] come to the show” for “artist[s] like Lily … it’s about the track, their personality and their celebrity.”

We have been listening to it non-stop. Still, Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel is like nothing Mariah has ever release and is sonically very different. The review’ll come out soon. Meanwhile, Mariah has shoved Madonna off of the only place she does well – the Dance charts. “Obsessed” has done very well and climbed atop the dance charts becoming her 15th dance #1. This is probably because the Seamus Haji remix is on fire!

Beyoncé, who is known in the music industry for always being nice or at least trying, just trash talked a whole family of celebrities. And not any family, the Royal Family Of Pop – The Jackson.
