A Kuwaiti DJ by the name of Kilo has released a dance track to the world. He is signed to Next Plateau/Universal Music. It’s called “What I See” and it features Funk Generation. Alphabeat’s second single is “DJ”

Alphabeat’s second album The Spell has leaked. The album is lush with early dance beats in tribute to 90s’ house music and just general fun. News is out that the next single from the aforementioned album is DJ. It’s a fun sing-along kind of track, which has the potential to be nicely remixed. We can’t wait for the video and the sleeve.

Our favorite Danes (second only to Tina Dico) have already completed a new album that was rumored to be called This Is Still Alphabeat, but have announced that it will actually be The Spell, which is a song that will be on the album. The Spell is going to be out in October in an already crammed year. Songs that will be included are “Heart Failure,” “DJ,” “Chess” and the title track. The band say that they are not staying with the sound they came popular for but will take a different route in inspiration of 90s’ early house bands like Blackbox and Snap!, which is super appealing. We love both bands.

“Full House” to become a movie

John Stamos wants to make a movie out of “Full House.” The 80s’ family sitcom that brought him to fame and created a staple of that era. Not sure on what form the moviewill take or if syndicated 80s’ comedy will work now, but I welcome it because, like Calvin Harris, “I got love for you if you were born in the 80s’.”
