RuPaul’s Drag U is a forthcoming series where everyday women compete in a series of challenges to unleash their inner diva. Hosted by RuPaul and a team of drag queen instructors, “Drag U” is a spin-off of the breakout hit series RuPaul’s Drag Race. RuPaul’s Drag U is produced by World of Wonder, who has created a number of hit series including Tori & Dean: Inn Love, Million Dollar Listing, and Fantasia for Real.
This striking rendition performance of Peachcup Peachcup’s “Make Me Beautiful,” which was popularized as the theme song for Nip/Tuck, shows what kind of draw Raven has as a performer, even when her attitude is a mess and a half.
Let all the bitches settle down because the one and only Aggy Dune is applying for entry into the third season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Yes, she is. Aggy does female impersonation like no one does. She has a great insight into pop culture and the history of drag, yet she has a very modern and up-to-date twist about it. She is probably the only queen out there that can do a monumental Cher and then nail down a great Lady Gaga. Of course, she also brings the humor with her Celine Dion persona. Plus, she doesn’t look a day over 22. We are really glad she finally decided to apply and we are looking out for her. Please support her and vote for her.
The end has come when no one has to lip sync for their life. Tyra Sanchez has taken the crown for the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and it ain’t pretty. Many people are fuming mad on Twitter exclaiming their reaction to the win. Many wanted JujuBee to win and some think Raven deserved it. We personally think the contestants of the season were mostly not that great. Anyway, Tyra Sanchez is the queen for now until the next season and everyone knows that Jujubee will get the “Miss Congeniality” award. Let’s just hope that Tyra Sanchez doesn’t attempt to release a single with that voice of hers.
RuPaul is super busy promoting the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and her book Workin’ It. But, that hasn’t stopped her from releasing an album this year. Unexpectedly and suddenly, with no promotion, RuPaul has released a remix CD titled Drag Race that remixes the best of her previous album Champion. The album is not listed on Amazon, 7digital, Wikipedia and there is not a single search engine that pops up with news about this. There was just a tiny little tweet that went by and left from RuPaul. So, this is the first announcement of it. Check it out on iTunes. Meanwhile, aren’t you just addicted to the show?
Miley Cyrus has just admitted to loving RuPaul’s Drag Race. This comes as a surprise because we didn’t know she has any taste. She said that in Parade Magazine. Click here to read it.
RuPaul’s Drag Race is airing its third episode tomorrow and in celebration of the much-dreaded but sometimes-appreciated St. Valentine’s Day they have dedicated an e-card section on their website if you want to send something to someone special with a little kick and a little saunter. Go over there and sashay away some cards to your loved ones. Also, this is a picture of Ru promoting her new book Workin’ It looking frail as ever. We hope all is ok with him.
Some art has sprung up in support of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 2 just in time for the second episode Starrbootylicious. We are going to spoil it for you now and say that both Shangela and Nicole Page Brooks have been eliminated and we think they both deserved to stay longer. There are other bitches that needed to go and go fast, but we are not going to haterade. We just want to see Pandora Boxx and some of the other contestants climb up! Does anyone else think that Untucked is the bee’s knees or what?
We just watched the first episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race season two and we have to admit that we think Pandora Boxx is the bee’s knees. We’ve grown up with Pandora and fell in love with drag culture through her, so we might be a little biased, but, she really showed great sportswomanship on the first episode and managed to wow Kathy Griffin with her ginger wig. We have high hopes for Pandora Boxx. Let’s hope she wins the Drag Race!
One of the best shows on TV, RuPaul’s Drag Race, debuts in its second season today on Logo. The hype is building up and we can’t help but find out who the winner is. They all look very catty and fun to be around. Let’s hope Logo puts the episode on once it’s finished airing in the US. Exciting!
We are mucho excited about the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, because, apart from Kathy Griffin’s My Life On The D-List, it’s the best show right now. Plus, a friend of ours, the one and only Pandora Boxx, is on the show! We love her to bits and we have our fingers crossed for her. The show starts this Monday and then it will be available via the Logo website. We can’t wait!
Art historians and scientists from Italy are asking the country’s official to exhume Leonardo Da Vinci’s body to prove that the Mona Lisa is not a woman, but, in fact, Leonardo Da Vinci himself in drag attire. Click here for more information.
