Allegedly, Justin Timberlake and George Michael are planning to duet. Several media sources have explained that Justin Timberlake recently flew all the way to London just to catch George Michael’s Symphonica tour date. The rumors circulating are that the two want to work together, but that is not consistent with Timberlake’s plans to work on film more. Anyway, here’s the source.

Mariah Carey maybe the queen of the season, but here she is the queen of everything. Rumor is out that Mariah Carey is going to duet with teeny-bopper Justin Bieber on yet another christmas song. As if that wasn’t enough seasonal material from Mariah. We don’t see how this duet can go, but even her duet with Tony Bennett has a feeling of Yuletide. But, wait, we smell another number one and that makes us mucho happy!

Fergie to duet with the Pussycat Dolls
In order to make up for the fact that the Pussycat Dolls are no longer the same band and just the annoying Nicole Scherzinger with some appendages, the creators of the group are bringing on some star power names to compensate for that drastic change. Word is allegedly out that Nicole and Co. have tacked on Fergie and Snoop Dogg for the third album due out sometime 2010. It’s “Phase 3″ of the band and Melody Thornton is not in it so, who cares really.

Mariah Carey’s sales over at the UK haven’t been doing so great. She has recently announced that she is working again with aging pop band Westlife. The last time she worked with them was with her last number one single in the UK – a cover of Phil Collins’ “Against All Odds (Take A Look At Me Now).” She hoping to revive Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel with the now-foursome even though they don’t have as much clout as they used to. What could it be? A re-do of “Angels Cry?” That’s the only thing from the album that would work and is not already released.

Michael Jackson has some posthumous music up his sleeve. It might not be complete and that’s where the biggest stars come in. Madonna and Britney Spears are allegedly on this project to sing some songs with the King. We can’t waint. Oh, and apparently Justin Timberlake is on there too.

Adele is readying up her second album and trying hard to avoid the sophomore slump. She’s already recorded five tracks, reportedly and plans to finish a track with Will Young for the album. Blue-eyed soul never saw such a great match-up. At any rate, it’ll probably be marvelous.

Mariah Carey is pulling al the stops for a musical project that has yet to suffice. One would think that following the release of her newest album, she wouldn’t be pounding it out in the studio. In fact, some really magical music project is in prospect. First we hear that LA Reid is hiding some tracks from the Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel sessions for later. The tracks in hiding are produced by Timbaland (including the newly-leaked “Skydiving”) and some collaborations with Jermaine Dupri.
Now, Mariah herself has announced: “I shouldn’t tell you this, but I’m going to record another Christmas song, with my mother. I’m going to sing in my style, and she is going to sing operatic, which is her style.”

When we first heard about Madonna introducing Janet Jackson we were surprised, as the two divas have had a long-standing animosity between them throughout their divadom. I am not sure about the song, it just sounds like Sting trying to cross over. But, I adore both artists, so I have to digest it. It’ll be big, watch and see.
