Another one on heavy rotation these days is Jenny Owen Youngs with her breezy brand of indie folk musing with a modern pop-rock outlook. The songstress will release her second album Transmitter Failure this may 26th and will presumably embark on a heavy tour to promote it. Other than the fact that some of he songs on there are stone winners, the album cover is, arguably, the best yet of 2009.
