Following the success of Florence + The Machine’s stupendous Lungs, the group is planning to take a more acoustic route. One that does not stray too far away from what made us love them, but still very different. “It’s going to be more stripped down, but it’s quite a heavy, rhythmic side to it. It’s a heavier record than the first record,” news came in. Let’s hope it comes in in time and doesn’t take too too long.

Everyone’s favorite British act from 2010 have gone back to do the sophomore and to do it good. Florence Welch knows she has to master this one if she wants to be a formidable act in the business, so we don’t expect it any time soon as much as we want a new release from the act.
Overdosing on Florence + The Machine in 2009 makes this American resurrection of their album look like the revival that come to early. But, it’s still one of the best rock album we had ever heard.
Don’t you hate it when you fall in love with a British band or singer and then get so done with the album that you can’t wait for more but you have to wait for them to finish breaking it in the US? Why can’t the US just be on top of things and not only get its music from radio play?
