It turns out that this is the first single from Alicia Keys’ Elements of Freedom. It’s not that strong, but it will build a buzz. Her first singles, apart from the debt, are really not that solid, but more attention grabbers. We still don’t like “No One.” Anyway, Alicia albums are always a treat and this is just a teaser.

The reps have confirmed it and I have to say I am glad. I mean he was dead weight. He is responsible for some of the worst bits in her career: Music, Hard Candy. She left her brother Christopher for him. She changed totally and it looked like she was OK with living a normal life all married and settles. You’re Madonna, you’re the beacon of pop change. You’re not meant for menial things like marriage and family and societal standards. You are supposed to carry humanity higher. OK, I am just going on now.
