Melanie B interview on the George Lopez show

Melanie B is looking more and more like Downtown Julie Brown everyday. And, to top it off, now she’s a presenter. She has so many projects up her sleeve now including reality shows Dance Your Ass Off and Mel B: It’s A Scary World. Plus, the musical for the Spice Girls songs.

Boy George’s life to be turned into a movie

The BBC are working of a 90-minute drama that will chronicle Boy George’s life. Here the gist: “Gavin and Stacey star Mathew Horne is to star in a BBC Two drama about former Culture Club singer Boy George. The 90-minute drama will focus on how the star went from a cloakroom attendant to a cultural icon. Horne will play Jon Moss, the band’s drummer, who famously had a relationship with Boy George – real name George O’Dowd. The BBC said Worried About The Boy reflects on an “iconic” star and “the cultural era he is synonymous with”. Marc Warren, best known for Hustle, and Mark Gatiss, from The League Of Gentlemen, will also appear alongside newcomer Douglas Booth, who has landed the role of the pop star himself.”

Chaining Norwegian rent boys to walls aside, Boy George is a pretty good musician. Whether he is with his band The Culture Club or solo, he’s always managed to churn up some good quality tunes like “The Crying Game,” “Karma Chameleon” and “Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?” We also loved his album U Can Never B2 Straight with the Spanish-tinted song “She Was Never He.” Anyway, he’s back now to full glam dance with this collaboration with fado singer Ana Lains.

Sneak peak of George Michael’s “December Song”

Once you has one huge hit with a seasonal song (“Last Christmas”) it’s hard to shake off the holiday bug. George Michael is releasing a stand-alone single for Christmas titled “December Song (I Dreamed Od Christmas)” and this is a sneak preview at the video. It’s animated, no side-t0-side shaking by George himself.

Republicans will stop at nothing…

There is a reason why the White House thinks that Fox News is not a credible news channel. Because they rely on body language analysts more than they care about facts. They are bipartisan, partially, subjective and completely false at times. The conservatives have gone out of their minds and they will stop at nothing to prove the Obama administration wrong. They are not used to a presidency that is just and lenient. They want to see dead third world children to validate and comfort their existence. The truth is even with as little as this administration has accomplished in a year, it has been better that 8 years of the buffoon’s reign.

Obama calls Kanye West a “Jackass”

1

Yes, it’s not a joke. The president of the United States of America has also joined the roster of people hating on Kanye West after the Taylor Swift incident. What we like about him is that he actually watches the VMAs. Bush wouldn’t know the VMAs from WMD’s.

To have faith in Obama, still

FISHHaveNiceDay500Everyone is ranting and yelling about how Obama has lost the trust of the people and the world has yet to see some “change” for them to grant him credibility. But, sometimes when you are deep in the cesspit of someone else’s faults, it takes time to surface. The resurrection of the world’s state rests upon his shoulders and that is not any easy task, to say the least. He took office after one of the worst presidents in modern times inheriting a measly economy, two wars and a bunch of issues that have been shut down in the name of war. This term is really not enough for him to rectify all that has gone wrong in the past from Reagan’s disregard for civil rights, to Bush’s first war handling, to Clinton plateau to the worst presidency in the US’s history.
