Every hipster and their goddaughter’s dog will tell you that they like Julie Stone more as a duo with her brother Angus. However, here at LOFT965.com we beg to differ. Julia’s debut album The Memory Machine was a stone cold winner for us and to learn that the Australian damsel is working on more solo material just makes us quiver with glee. This song is proof that Julia Stone functions perfectly as a solo artists. It’s one of those carefully arranged folk-pop tracks that just makes your day prettier. It’s beautiful, summery and laid-back. “Let’s Forget All The Things That We Say” from her new EP is definitely the single to usher in the sophomore album from such an underrated artist.
