This songs has a very clear sample of Michael Jackson “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough.” So, this makes it hard for us to like this track that sample one of the greatest songs in pop history. But, Beyonce does manage to bring some funk to the track. We wonder if this is from the I Am… Sasha Fierce sessions, or something from a new album or a tribute to MJ. The Knowles have filed for a divorce mainly from Tina’s side. A couple of months back a woman filed a paternity suit against Mathew Knowles, but we still don’t know if that’s the reason why the House of Dereon is in shambles. Kelly Rowland left him, now Tina Knowles. No word on Beyonce’s reaction and/or Solange’s. The two have allegedly had a tumultuous couple of months that ended in this Texas divorce.
It’s finally here and we know we are suffering from a Lady GaGa overdose here at the Loft965.com headquarters, but we love gaga although we don’t listen to her music unless we are out on the night. Let’s hope Beyonce shows up on he GaGa video for “Telephone.”
This hasn’t been talked about much. But, guessing from the new remix track listing of Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel that has leaked, Mariah Carey is actually working with Beyonce Knowles on a remix of her track “It’s A Wrap.” Beyonce has always been a big fan of Mariah’s and Mariah is also always extremely nice when asked about Beyonce. Moreover, they are friends and they have been seen to party together. There have been many rumors about the collaborators for the album, but it seemed like “It’s A Wrap” wasn’t getting any love. Now, we know, that the greatest collaboration is at hand. We hope this gets released as a single.
Lady GaGa’s collaborative effort with Beyonce on her single “Video Phone” will be out today, November 5th. So, at anytime expect an early leak or the official debut. It’s supposed to be some sort of remix that incorporates Lady GaGa in the mix of a song that, really, is not that great. This is exchange for a cameo on GaGa’s The Fame Monster called “Telephone,” which is the only song prodiced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. I Am… Lady Fierce!
Michelle Williams has just informed the world that Destiny’s Child are set to reunite for 2010. This is not because Beyonce misses the good old days of pulling Kelly Rowland’s hair out. It’s due to the fact that they are contractually obliged to put out another offering with Sony. There destiny, apparently, was not fulfilled. Beyonce has to slave back to the studio with those two girls and do an album.
LeToya Luckett surprised everyone when her debut album LeToya debuted at the top spot in the US charts. So much so that the wait for the second album intensified due to the speculation that she might ring up another number one, a feat that Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and Solange Knowles wish for. So, her second album Lady Love has come out this week and the numbers are looking grim.
For an R&B starlett, this is quite stunning. The net around her and the typface(s) and the colors. It all works. It’s even better than her debut album which was a diva-spectacle. I wonder if she’ll get to the top spot again. What with Beyonce, Michelle, Solange and Kelly all having offerings this year.
Another one of those songs that Beyonce will swing solely on her fame and former cred. It’s appropriate to have Kanye West on is because a definitely has big ego and he can also back it up, maybe. Weak track, Nice video. Will probably get into the top 5.
One of the weaker songs on Sasha Fierce and that is saying something because it’s not a strong album at all. But. it was the first to leak (in a different mix) so people will identify with it. Don’t mine the horrid acting, her costumes look sharp. Beyoncé won’t find anymore things to release. Unless she opts for “Radio.”

“R&B singer Solange Knowles has been dropped from her record label following poor sales of her latest album Sol-Angel And The Hadley St. Dreams, according to a new report.
Beyonce’s younger sister, who is also managed by father Mathew Knowles and his MusicWorld Entertainment company, was allegedly released from Geffen/Interscope Records after bosses opted not to renew her contract.

She’s a busy girl. I Am… Sasha Fierce is still a big stinker and the only Knowles that is in rotation on my stereo is Solange right now. But this won’t stop her from invading the newsstands with a myriad of poses.
What a pleasant surprise. I didn’t think she had it in her, and she did a good job. She should make it a b-side. Solange is really doing all she can to support her album. It is a good album, after all.
Solange collapses after overdosing on Nyquil onboard a cross-atlantic flight only to wake up in the middle of the baggage claim area not knowing where she is. I didn’t know Nyquil can do that to you.
