Nneka debuts in US with David Letterman appearance

Nneka is really climbing up. She landed this live performance on the David Letterman show and performed the song that made us fall n love with her. Her international album Concrete Jungle is being promoted heavily with a “single of the week” on iTunes.

Robin Thicke and Nicki Minaj visit David Letterman

Nicki Minaj is as big as anyone can get without releasing a single single, if you know what we mean. She’s recording with everyone from MC to Robin Thicke to Cassie. Let’s hope her music can hold up to her image. This song is tired, though. Does Robin Thicke look like a friend of dorothy’s in this clip or what?

Alicia Keys performs “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart” on David Lettermen

Yes, 12-time Grammy winner and too bad she didn’t release The Element of Freedom in time for the Grammy cut-off. But, 2010 will be festive for her. She has a strict work ethic and she will probably keep the singles coming well into next summer. The next will probably be her duet with Beyonce “Put It In A Love Song,” which is one of her worst songs but will probably get a bunch of attention because of the star power.

Shakira performs “Give It Up To Me” on David Letterman

The performance is just awkward and the song is horrid. She should have done “Did It Again” or “Gypsy.” Even “She Wolf” would have been better. This album has some great songs and completely bad ones. Nothing in the middle.

Anna Wintour talks with David Letterman to promote “The September Issue”

Is she trying to break her ice queen image? She still looks as stale as a mo-fo. Can anyone tell me if that bob is a wig? She probably put Andre Leon Tally in a headlock. The documentary will probably be a water-down version of how she works with a bunch of taglines. You know she has complete control over what gets to see the light of day.

Britney Spears does David Letterman’s Top 10

Is she making fun of herself or is she being played? Not so sure about this. Why in a bikini? Anyway, it’s not as funny as his other ones. “Pie for everyone” – what is that? Abhorrent!
