Google commemorates Kuwait

Google.com.kw has changed its masthead to celebrate Kuwait’s Independence and Liberation days. The logo now shows the colors of with flag along with the Kuwait Towers replacing the letter l. Some bloggers are complaining that they corporation has got it wrong and it’s not on the dates. But, if you want to commemorate for an entire month, now is when you start. At any rate, it’s a nice consideration.
RuPaul gets another show “Drag U”

As if the success of RuPaul’s Drag Race wasn’t enough (now in it’s second season), the drag empress is getting another show on Logo named Drag U. The show is supposed to be a spin-off of the original where the diva goes out and finds women who are willing to have an huge showpony makeover. The series is set to debut in the the time slot right after RuPaul’s Drag Race. We can’t wait to get so more Ru.

Some are drastic (Apple and P&G) and others are not (Walmart), but they all got a revamp even if they were better before (I am used to the old Kraft and like it that way. BP turned from Superman to dapper man). Also, I like the Starbucks one with the titties hanging out better.

Recession will change company logos
More information on RuPaul’s album surfaces…
It’s not called Faster, Faster anymore, it’s called Champion. The album consists of 12 robust dance songs and it is a record that RuPaul is proud of muchly. She writes on her blog:
“i’ve been making records since 1983, and while some are better than others, nothing compares to the titty twisting experience i’ve had making my latest album “Champion”.
RuPaul’s drag race is about to start…
“Tell Tyra [Banks] that the Queen has returned, and while you’re at it have Heidi [Klum] clear the runway. I’m going to pump some ‘realness’ into reality. To be a winner on this show the contestants need to be a fashion designer, an American Idol, and a top model all rolled up into one. And they definitely have to be smarter than a fifth grader,”said RuPaul.
The show will air beginning February and will probably be available on Logo.

Wataniya Airways logo review…

I am always excited at the prospect of more flights getting us out. Even if they are just taking is to Dubai. There’s room for expansion. But, Wataniya Airways just unveiled this banal logo. I mean, you have a whole airline, get a little creative and stray out the lines. The typeface is nice but it’s been done and the logo is just boring and vapid. It looks like they played around with one of the Star Alliance triangles or this charter airline from Sarajevo:
