This cover pose is basically a marketing campaign to make Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Love-Hewitt jealous. It shows John Mayer as the sex symbol that he is minus the sour face he makes when he grimace-sings.
The promotional work is about over for her album Fantasy Ride, but that isn’t stopping Ciara from being especially fierce in this L’Offciel photo spread that’s bring back the drama of the 80s’ with today’s fashions. Lovely colors and poses, to say the least.

This happened in Milan a little while ago while Italy’s Prime minister Berusconi was meeting and greeting his supporters. We never condone violence of any sorts, but, just as the shoe throwing incident with George W. Bush brought a certain amount of sweet justice, this one does too. Berlusconi has been known for his chauvinistic jokes, his strong anti-human rights stances, his racist comments (once directed at Obama) and his sense of supriority over the Arab world. He is also in love with Bush. A leader of the “center-right” in Italy who also happens to be embroiled in endless sex scandals and alleged ties with the mafia. Pn top of all that, he has a strong hold on the media that has given Italy low rating in the Freedom Houses indexes. We don’t sympathize with him at all, but we remain with our pacifist beliefs, even if the damage he has done to lives is way much more than two broken teeth and a fractured nose.

Tom Ford is readying up the release of his criticly-acclaimed and highly-awaited first movie effort A Single Man. The film is slated for a December 11th release. A Single Man is a 2009 American drama film directed by Tom Ford. The film is based on the Christopher Isherwood novel of the same name and stars Colin Firth as the protagonist George Falconer, a gay British college professor living in Southern California. The rest of the cast includes Julianne Moore, Matthew Goode and Nicholas Hoult. The film is Ford’s directorial debut.
Kenya Through My Heart is an exhibition event showcasing pictures of Kenya taken by Amna Hussain during the a trip in July 2009.The event is first of its kind and will be held under the patronage of Farah Pandith on behalf of the US president, Barak Obama. Madonna will grace the cover of Rolling Stone magazine yet again this November and it will undoubtedly be an expose on her career to give Celebration another boost. The article is called “Madonna Looks Back” and the cover is of her actually looking back. Deep. Anyway, what is up with biceps borrowing pictures of her from the past for the last couple of projects. We know she’s looking like Jocelyn Wildenstein these days, but she could afford a good retoucher. It would have been nice if she went all out and did a great shoot for Rolling Stone. You know, like one with greying hair and her nursing twin babies on each teat with Lady GaGa and Britney Spears’ faces superimposed on them. You know, all publicity is good publicity. She sure knows that. Anyway, where was she during the National Equality March?

Haven’t watched it and don’t really care at all. But, it’s just that I know how big this is for Venezuela! They value the pageants so much that their contestants are big celebrities and some even are in political office. They’re all stunning, but I bet Venezuela is celebrating like crazy tonight.
Big, phat and proud Mo’Nique has shed some pounds. 40 to be exact. The diva that has created a brand name for herself with over-weight has gone and betrayed her base. But, in reality, Mo’Nique lost the pounds, which she debuted at the Hoodies, no for “an aesthetic issue” but because of health reasons.
Also, Mo’Nique plans to begin filming her show which will be broadcast on BET sometime in October. And there is an Oscar buzz around her performance in Precious. With the show and the movie, she is on top of her game right now.
