Official cover of Take That’s “Progress”

Ok, so this is a little late but we are excited for the release of Take That‘s album with all original members of the group. It features Robbie Williams on the tracks, let’s hope it’s more Take That And Party, less Circus.

Pandora Boxx wins Miss Congeniality award at reunion show

2

RuPaul‘s Drag Race contestant and our very own friend Pandora Boxx might have left the show a couple of episodes back but her time on the show was not forgotten. The award that went last year to Nina Flowers was given to drag comedienne Ms. Pandora Boxx. The title was given to her during the filming of the reunion show which is filmed right after the results are in. She deserves it as, we think, sometimes the prize was stolen from her throughout the show. Let’s hope there’s more from Pandora Boxx in the pipeline!

Janet Jackson to replace Michael Jackson in the Jackson 5

1

Phew, there are a lot of “jackson’s” in the headline. Yes, Janet Jackson is confirmed to fill the place of Michael Jackson in the Jackson 5 reunion tour later this year. Frankly, we can’t think of a replacement that would do the band justice but Janet. LaToya surely can’t do it. Profiteering brother Jermaine Jackson said: “We had a conference call and Janet has agreed to join us on tour.” So, it’ll be a show not to miss.

TLC reunite for Justin Timberlake concert

TLC (T-Boz and Chilli) have reunited for a hot minute after a 7-year gap to perform at Justin Timberlake’s concert in Las Vegas. The twosome came out in full force to sing some of their biggest numbers including “No Scrubs,” “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg” and “What About Your Friends?” There are no rumors of a reunion, but the two did it as a favor for Justin Timberlake. The show, benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children, also featured sets from Alicia Keys, Ciara, Snoop Dogg, Taylor Swift, Jay Sean, and Timbaland.

Spice Girls might reunite without Victoria Beckham

The Spice Girls might reunite very soon to go on another world tour. Short on cash? Maybe, but Geri Halliwell is really into bringing the band together and Melanie B and C jumped on the bandwagon. Emma Bunton took a little goading but she caved in. So, now we have the four spices. Geri Halliwell said once that a can driver told her that it doesn’t have to be all of you, to be the Spice Girls. She learned that the hard way with Forever.

Destiny’s Child to reunite in 2010

3

Destinys+ChildMichelle Williams has just informed the world that Destiny’s Child are set to reunite for 2010. This is not because Beyonce misses the good old days of pulling Kelly Rowland’s hair out. It’s due to the fact that they are contractually obliged to put out another offering with Sony. There destiny, apparently, was not fulfilled. Beyonce has to slave back to the studio with those two girls and do an album.

Jackson brothers to get their own reality show

2

The+Jacksons

Because Jermaine just can’t seem to get enough publicity, he has opted to milk the Jackson name for all its worth with a a new rumored reality show that will follow the fivesome in their day-to-day life. Apparently, the TV channel A&E had the idea before Michael Jackson’s death and even filmed a pilot for it. But when Michael refused to appear for little they killed it. Now, MJ’s dead and they want it again. I don’t know how they are going to get them all together for this show and if Rebbie is going to be part of it. LaToya will definitely be in it because she loves the camera and has nothing else to do. And Janet won’t be in it because she refuses to capitalize on Michael’s death and, also, she doesn’t need it. Her album is all that matters now. I’d kill for Jackie’s top in this pic.

Saved By The Bell reunion photo

It’s very smart of People magazine to pull something like this out. I mean, when the news of MJ is old and there is nothing around, why not bring together one of TV’s most famous gangs and go an expose on them? They haven’t changed that much and they all look good, still. Mario Lopez is still in the spotlight. The rest, no so much. Still, Elizabeth Berkeley’s Showgirls is one of the greatest movies ever.

It’s 1993 all over again: Blur reunite…

1

blwIt’s been a great years for reunions, from Take That’s success to Blur reuniting for 2009. I have always liked them and I am currently listening to “Parklife” non-stop. The band has a concert date for 2009 that sold out in 2 minutes! I hope an album comes with it.
